For the most of the 1990s, we had the opportunity to start the year wrong, by running the Mostly Maniacs Marathon in Palenville. In 1998, the festivities moved across the river to Northern Dutchess County. Eight Runners showed up to enjoy a brilliant, and somewhat frigid start to the new year.
