The Spirit of Truth, a Sinless Guide

Part 1:  Where to find the Holy Spirit

John 14:15-17 " I will send the Spirit of Truth"
Before Jesus left, he promised the Spirit of Truth. How do we access the Holy Spirit?
Acts 28:25-27 " A True Word, did you hear it?"
God has promises attached to His words.  His first promise is to heal if you are willing to hear and follow.
1 Kings 19:11-16 "Still small voice"
God's word came to Elijah as a "still small voice" as instruction with purpose.  Discussion: Did Elijah know
what God had in mind when He sent Elijah to annoint the kings?  Is it our place to fully know what is on God's mind?
2 Timothy 3:16-17 "Scripture is profitable doctrine."
Scripture is giving by inspiration, stress the Spirit of God.   Scripture is also available to "prepare us" for every good work.
John 6:63 "The Word is Spirit"
The Spirit heals (Acts 28 above),  and here is says the Spirit gives life.

As Summary of Above: The Holy Spirit (1) Heals, (2) Instructs (3) Prepares us (4) Heals (5) Gives Life.

1 Cor 2:9-12 "Our Spirit must be moved by God's Spirit."
Our spirit must be connected to God's Spirit.  Our flesh (eyes & ears ) can have a good idea, not a God idea.
1 Cor 2:16 "The mind of God touches us.  Be humble."
God's mind and thought is infinate.  Christ has revealed to us what God wants us to know of Himself (the Father).
1 Cor 15:33-44 "Evil will try to drag you down."
Remember: Flesh births flesh, Spirit births Spirit.  Evil looms in the flesh, not all HEAR following their feelings.
God will NOT contradict Himself.  Therefore, if you are following by the Spirit, God will not lead you to His
purpose by "breaking a commandment."  He has prepared us for every good work.  BE HUMBLE, pray and ASK.
